Our Location
CrossRoads Counseling is located in Buena Vista, Colorado, which is located in the central mountains of Colorado along the Arkansas River and is surrounded by 14,000 ft mountains. The views in the area are outstanding hence the name Buena Vista, which means “beautiful view” in Spanish. Buena Vista is often called the Banana Belt of Colorado since generally the winters are mild compared to the Colorado ski areas and the summers are cool compared to the metro cities of Denver and Colorado Springs.
CrossRoads Counseling chose Buena Vista deliberately for its small mountain town setting. Life here is at a slower and friendlier pace, away from distractions of the big city life, and allows for anonymity and quiet reflection. We believe our get-away location to be an important aspect of the healing process.
