Specializes in marriage, families, individual adults and adolescents using intensive and traditional formats.

Wil is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-founder and Director of CrossRoads Counseling of the Rockies. He has over 30 years of experience in biblically integrated counseling psychology and the provision of mental health services. Wil completed his bachelor's degree at Adams State University and his Masters Degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary, and Post Master Certificate in marriage and Family Studies from the University of Denver.

He has worked in inpatient and outpatient services as well as agency-based and private practice settings. Since 1998, Wil has been working full time with the "brief intensive counseling model" to help clients achieve a deep heart transformation that profoundly impacts their relationships with God, spouse, family and beyond. He works with clients to realize healing in wounded places of the heart, and equips them with tools for communication, conflict resolution and effective attachment. His experience with brief intensives indicates the effectiveness of coming away to the beauty of the Colorado Rockies or to various conference centers, where CrossRoads conducts counseling retreats. He specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families.

Will is married and has three married children and one granddaughter.
